All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Barre2Bar and Rama Reform Pilates Plus have now started:

It is recommended to reserve your spot online under member services tab online or at the front desk for the new classes.  Please note there will be modifications if you are not able to reserve your bar and other equipment.  Additional equipment will be added on a supply and demand basis!!

Barre2Bar will take your barre workout to the next level enhancing your workout and results. This class will engage more muscles than ever before!

Rama Reform Pilates Plus will engage muscles to strengthen your core and help to engage our small supporting muscles, enhancing your total body workout. Control is probably the biggest concern of Pilates workouts; trying to control your breathing and your body with precise movements. In order to control your body, you have to be centered, so all movements begin from the “powerhouse,” which includes your abs and oblique muscles, lower back, hips, inner thighs and the buttocks. With the added resistance and assistance of the reformer bars encourages the maximum exertion from your muscles while also lowering the risk of injury. It doesn’t matter if you can do two or twenty reps as long as they are precise.
