    A complete well rounded 45 minutes of exercise followed by 10 minutes of thorough stretch that you can ask for.  This fat blasting, full body Tabata Workout consists of intervals of 20 seconds of all out exercise followed by 10 second of then rest REPEAT. You could see push ups, planks, squats, stability ball exercises, resistance bands, weights, bench, body bar just to name a few. Our varied class formats keep your progress fresh and interesting while getting the most effective and efficient results!

    Rama Reform Pilates Plus will engage muscles to strengthen your core and help to engage our small supporting muscles, enhancing your total body workout. Control is probably the biggest concern of Pilates workouts; trying to control your breathing and your body with precise movements. In order to control your body, you have to be centered, so all movements begin from the “powerhouse,” which includes your abs and oblique muscles, lower back, hips, inner thighs and the buttocks. With the added resistance and assistance of the reformer bars encourages the maximum exertion from your muscles while also lowering the risk of injury. It doesn’t matter if you can do two or twenty reps as long as they are precise. Breathing is key as well in Pilates. Pushing out all the air with each exhale, in order to get a fuller inhale, helps keep the abs closer to the spine and the powerhouse strong.

    In this class, we will dynamically link the flowing nature of the breath, with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing.     Gentle Yoga Flow

    Gentle Yoga Flow is intended to take the mindfulness that is found in all disciplines of yoga to the next level. It’s still and slow, and it’s as much (or more) about the mind as it is the body. No horse stance or warrior poses where your legs are absolutely burning like they are going to explode. More like holding a stretch by assisting that stretch with a strap around the foot. It feels therapeutic and it also was somewhat relaxing. That doesn’t mean it will be easy though!

    All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
