    A moderate to Vigorous Power Spin workout the includes high  intensity intervals  mixed with cardio endurance training in a condensed 45 minute ride that will keep you moving and energized throughout the entire class.  All fitness levels are encouraged to give it a try! You will be the MVP when the ride is over!

    Total Body Core combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. Compound muscle movements, core strengthening exercise, athletic movements are key components of this results-driven workout. Set to music to keep you motivated,  you will leave this class feeling accomplished and well balanced.

    45 minute cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike in a group setting. Spinning has a reputation for intensity but all classes are designed for beginners, hardcore cyclists and everyone in between. Instructors motivate riders and guide them to adapt their workout to their own experience and skill level. Class will  leave you  feeling of accomplished!

    In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility.

    A strength and pliability class building strength and flexibilty through “resistance” using your own body weight, bands, bosu and more. Working on improving flexibility and power with resistance and low impact movement.

  • TABATA BODY

    A complete well rounded 45 minutes of exercise followed by 10 minutes of thorough stretch that you can ask for.  This fat blasting, full body Tabata Workout consists of intervals of 20 seconds of all out exercise followed by 10 second of then rest REPEAT. You could see push ups, planks, squats, stability ball exercises, resistance bands, weights, bench, body bar just to name a few. Now that your body is warm and exhausted,  you will top off your workout with Ultimate Stretch.  A relaxing series of stretches inspired by yoga, sports, and foam rollers to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture.
